Vancouver!

This morning, we had breakfast at our hotel and then hit the road for Vancouver. Things went well until we hit the traffic It's been many days since we've been in any sort of traffic. I guess we're back in civilization.

Vancouver is beautiful, and our hotel is in a perfect location for touring on foot. Before checking in, we took a walking tour of the surrounding neighborhoods: Gastown, Canada Place, Robson, and Stanley Park. While in Robson, we had a great lunch at a restaurant called Abode.

In the evening we walked down to a neighborhood called Yaletown, and found the "Victory" of Vancouver, Yaletown Brewing Company.

We had a couple beers there and then headed to a Chinese restaurant called Peaceful. Little did we know, but this was a Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives place. I can understand why. The food was absolutely delicious.

And here is what end-of-day in Vancouver looks like:

Tomorrow's plan is to have coffee and doughnuts at Tim Horton's, and then head to Seattle.

PS - Oh, and I think I have to buy this:
